If you are driving to the meeting, the airport is just west of Navasota on Hwy 105.

To get to Navasota from the Houston area, you can take Hwy 290 west to Hempstead and then take Hwy 6 north to Navasota. Then turn left on Hwy 105, the airport will be on your left.

To get to Navasota from the Conroe area, take Hwy 105 west. Continue thru Navasota and the airport is on the left.
